In this video I talk about the new Genius Messenger CRM Version 3.0 Updates as of December 2020.
Feature 1: Cross device syncing! You can now use multiple devices and continue where you left off once you've migrated to Version 3.0! Hopefully this helps you stay up to speed no matter where you're working.
Feature 2: Email and phone number capture! You can now enter email and phone number data to individual contacts in Messenger. We will be working to be able to capture this data from a message and auto-fill this, which will then be able to be exported to a .CSV file and fire off automations like email, text messaging and outbound IVRs.
Feature 3: Sidebar labels. You can now add or change labels without fully expanding Messenger. This is nice to quickly see labels at a glance just improving efficiency a little bit!
Feature 4: Exporting and importing templates! This feature is now live for messages. You can create message templates for your team and have them import them with one click. We are working to also include labels in these templates on a future update!

Feature 1: Export CSV file with your contact data. This includes Facebook ID, name, profile link and label from Genius Messenger CRM. In the future we will be able to capture email and phone number!
Feature 2: Backup and import backup feature. This allows you to back up your contacts and data and also manually sync your Genius Messenger CRM account between multiple devices. In the future we will have an automatic sync feature!
Feature 3: Quick messages, notes, notifications icons added to friend's list and labels pages. This is just an improvement in functionality for each of the pages. It will let you save time by searching by label or name in order to quickly jump into Messenger, add notes or schedule notifications. In the future we will add webhooks for Google Calendar, iCal and more!
Feature 4: Quick notes and canned messages right inside Messenger. This is a nice efficieny improvement over the last version as you can now stay in Messenger to add, edit and delete notes or canned responses!
